Return Policy
The GPS Hut .com offers a return period of 20 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and undamaged. Special Order items can not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to customersupport@thegpshut.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%; please contact the RMA department for details. Backorder Policy You will be notified via E-mail if an item is on back-order. We will give you a estimated date of shipping, if available. You will receive a full refund if you choose to cancel the order on a back-ordered item. We will refund the credit card you used for the purchase. Shipping Policies The GPS Hut .com ships most items via UPS. Purchases over $350.00 are free using UPS ground shipping. Shipping fee for purchases under $350.00 is $9.95 via UPS ground. Overnight shipping via UPS is $26.99. We do not ship at this time outside the lower Continental United States. We offer same day shipping on most orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday or ship within 24 Hours. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders from Texas only. Damaged Goods Policy Damaged goods are not returnable. It is the customers responsibility to notify the carrier (i.e..: UPS) and file a claim. |
